Dj hideaf aka Shane Meador has been djing for about 8 yrs. He has had a variety of influences over the years which traverse several different styles and cross many different borders including: miami bass, old school hip hop, breakbeats, ghetto tech, dancehall/raggae, baseline, drum and base, jungle, downtempo, scratch and house music.

His eclectic taste in music can be heard through the various styles and moods he incorporates within each individual set.
In the beginning of his carreer, Dj Hideaf worked with a breakdance crew performing at various primary schools across Ontario, showcasing the positive side of hip hop through dance. He's been performing at various night clubs in Ottawa, and has Organized and (as well as) performed at breakdance parties in Quebec.
